Preparation

Cream butter, sugars and egg together thoroughly. Add flour, oats, wheat germ, coconut, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. Stir in raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with floured fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Makes about 3 dozen. This cookie had a really good taste. I think maybe it needed more flour. When I put them into the oven they spread real thin and I like a little bite thinker cookie.
