2 1/4 c Flour 1 c Butter
3 tb Dutch cocoa 3/4 c Sugar

1 ts Salt 2 Eggs
1 c Nuts 3 tb Grand Marnier

Instructions for Orange Double Chocolate Chip Cookies (The Grand Marniers)

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, liqueur, and extract. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts, chips, and raisins. Bake at 375 degrees F 10 minutes or until done. Makes 6-7 dozen. By the way, this recipe originally came from the net. It won a Betty Crocker cookoff (or something) for best recipe. The recipe as given contained 1 3/4 cups of flour but I discovered that the cookies came out too flat and crunchy so I upped it to 2 1/4 (the standard cookie amount) and Ive had nothing but praise for them ever since.
