Orange Sponge Ingredients

1 tb Gelatin	1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Water	1 c Boiling water
1/2 c Orange juice	1/4 c Lemon juice
3 Egg whites	1/8 ts Salt

Instructions for Orange Sponge

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Add strained fruit juices. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set.
