Oriental Beef and Noodles Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Lean; boneless sirloin, cut 1/4 c Sherry
1 Red bell pepper chopped 1 tb Oyster sauce
3 Cloves garlic; minced 1 ts Sugar
3 Carrots; chopped 2 tb Chopped peanuts
2 tb Rice vinegar 12 oz Cooked vermicelli
1/4 c Tomato sauce
