Suggest a better descriptionCook the orzo according to the package directions, but without adding the salt. Drain, then rinse with cold water and drain again. In a large bowl, combine the orzo, turkey, onions, cabbage and cilantro. In a small bowl, stir together the lemon juice, mayonnaise and oil. Add to the orzo mixture and toss until well coated.
