Orzo with Spinach and Feta Cheese Ingredients
1 c Orzo
pasta
7 oz Frozen chopped
spinach

1 1/4 ts
Olive oil
2 tb
Feta
cheese; plus 2 tsp.
3/4 md
Onion
; minced
Freshly ground black
pepper

Instructions for Orzo with Spinach and Feta Cheese
Cook the orzo according to package directions. Drain. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the onion and saut? for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and saut? for 4 more minutes. Toss the onion spinach mixture with the hot orzo. Add the feta cheese and ground pepper and toss well. Serve immediately. Per serving: calories 177, fat 6.0g, 30% calories from fat, cholesterol 17mg, protein 7.7g, carbohydrates 23.8g, fiber 2.5g, sodium 256mg. Exchanges: 2 1/2 Starch.
