Oven Fried Herb Chicken Nuggets Ingredients

1/2 c Cornflakes	1/8 ts Ground red pepper (cayenne);
1/4 ts Salt	1 Egg white
1/4 ts Garlic powder	1 ts Water
1/4 ts Paprika	8 Skinless boneless chicken

Instructions for Oven Fried Herb Chicken Nuggets

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line 15x10x1 inch baking pan with foil: spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients: mix well. In another small bowl, beat egg white and water till frothy. Dip nuggets in egg mix then in cornflake mix.
