Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges Ingredients

4 Unpeeled baking potatoes 1 tb Minced fresh rosemary or 1
2 tb Olive or vegetable oil 1/2 ts Salt; optional
1 md Onion; chopped 1/4 ts Pepper
2 Cloves garlic; minced

Instructions for Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges

Cut potatoes lengthwise into sedges; place in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with onion, garlic, rosemary, salt if desired and pepper; stir to coat.
