Oyster Sauce for Fillet of Sole Ingredients

2 tb Butter 1/2 c Heavy cream or evaporated
2 tb Flour Milk
1/4 c Oyster liquid

Instructions for Oyster Sauce for Fillet of Sole

Melt butter in saucepan; add flour & stir. When mixture starts to bubble, add cream & oyster liquid, little by little, stirring constantly until it becomes a smooth thick sauce. Pour over fillets & serve. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
