Oyster Souffle Ingredients

1 pt Oysters 1 ts Onion; finely minced
1 1/2 pt Milk 1 c Coarse cracker crumbs
5 Eggs; beaten 1/2 ts Accent
1 ts Salt

Instructions for Oyster Souffle

Cut each oyster into 3 pieces. Add beaten eggs to milk. Combine with the oysters; add other ingredients. Bake in a greased casserole, in a 325 degree oven for 90 minutes. Serves 8. From . Downloaded from Glens MM Recipe Archive, http://www.erols.com/hosey.
