Oysters Remique Ingredients
1/2 c Chili sauce
1 c
Grate
d brick cheese
1/2 c Hot
horseradish

1 c Grated old
cheddar
2 c Fine dry
bread crumbs
1 c Grated
mozzarella
Instructions for Oysters Remique
Preheat oven to 450. Combine sauce & horseradish. Combine cheeses. Shuck oysters; drain. Discard flat upper shell & detach flesh.
