Ozark Pudding Ingredients

1/2 c Sifted flour 1 c Dark brown sugar, packed
2 ts Baking powder 2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Chopped walnuts
2 Eggs, beaten 1 c Chopped, peeled apple

Instructions for Ozark Pudding

Ozark Pudding (America) Beat the eggs and sugar together until creamy. Stir in the sifted dry ingredients. Add vanilla, nuts and apple, mix well. Pour mixture into greased large pie pan and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cut into wedges and serve warm with ice cream.
