scallop

1/4 ts
Cayenne
pepper

Lemon
; cut in wedges
Instructions for Pan Fried Bay Scallops
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge scallops to coat. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook scallops 3-4 minutes per side until scallops are opaque throughout. Serve with lemon wedges. Posted to recipelu-digest by molony
