Pan Fried Bay Scallops Ingredients

2/3 c Seasoned breadcrumbs 1 1/4 lb Bay scallops
1/4 ts Garlic salt 1 tb Plus 1 tsp. oil
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper 3/4 Lemon; cut in wedges

Instructions for Pan Fried Bay Scallops

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min. Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge scallops to coat. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
