Zesty Three Bean Salad Ingredients

2 Whole limes; squeezed	1 cn Red kidney beans; drained
3/4 c Salsa; chunky style	1 cn Garbanzo beans; drained
1/3 c Salad oil	2 Stalks celery; sliced thin
1 1/2 ts Chili powder	1 sm Red onion; sliced thin
1 ts Salt	1 md Tomato; diced
1 cn Black beans; drained

Instructions for Zesty Three Bean Salad

Mix lime juice, salsa, salad oil, chili powder and salt. Mixed drained beans and sliced vegetables. Toss the bean mixture with the sauce and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve at room temperature. Recipe by: Chris Benoit Posted to MC-Recipe Digest by Sue on Apr 27, 1998
