Pansit with Beef Ingredients

1/2 lb Spaghetti 3 -(up to)
2 tb Vegetable oil 4 Cloves garlic; chopped
1 Onion; coarsely chopped 6 Scallions; sliced
1 lb Round or sirloin steak; cut 1/2 Lemon; juice of
1/4 ts Accent Lemons
1/3 c Soy sauce

Instructions for Pansit with Beef

Cook spaghetti in well salted water just until tender. In heavy skillet, quickly fry onion & steak in hot oil. Turn heat off & add Accent, soy sauce & garlic. Strain spaghetti & add to skillet. Let spaghetti sit & absorb soy sauce for 30-40 minutes. Just before serving, heat pansit until very hot, contsantly stirring. Put in bowl & toss with scallions.
