Party Chicken Bake Ingredients

1 tb Dry Italian salad dressing	3 oz Cream cheese, softened
Mix. (Good Seasons, etc.)	1 tb Chopped chives
2 tb Margarine, melted	1/3 c Sauterne
3 Whole chick. breast, split	1 c Instant rice
1 cn Cream mushroom soup

Instructions for Party Chicken Bake

Reserve 1/2 tsp. salad dressing mix. In large skillet combine butter and dressing mix; add chicken and brown slowly until golden. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Blend soup, cream cheese, chives, and sauterne. Spoon over chicken. Bake uncovered at 325 F. for 1 hr. Baste with sauce occasionally.
