Party Mints Ingredients

1 Egg white	2 tb Butter; softened
1 1/4 lb Powdered sugar	1 Capful mint or peppermint
2 tb Evaporated milk (more or	8 dr Desired food coloring

Instructions for Party Mints

Beat egg white until fluffy. Add 1/2 pound powdered sugar, evaporated milk, butter, mint extract & food coloring. Beat with mixer until well blended. Add rest of powdered sugar.
