Passover Granola Ingredients

1/2 lb Matzah farfe 1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/2 c Oil 1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Brown sugar Raisins to taste
1/2 Stick butter/margarine Coconut to taste
1/2 c Water Dates to taste

Instructions for Passover Granola

Melt butter with oil, water, and brown sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Turn over occasionally, especially watch to see that raisins dont burn. Store in a tupperware or tin container.
