Passover Pastry I Ingredients

3 oz Matzo meal 2 oz Margarine
1 ts Baking powder 1 Egg, beaten
1 pn Salt

Instructions for Passover Pastry I

Mix together matzo meal, baking powder and salt. Rub in margarine until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in egg to form ball of dough, adding a few drops of ice water if needed. Use as required.
