Passover White Sauce Ingredients

3 tb Vegetable oil Salt
1 Clove garlic, optional White pepper
1 oz Potato flour 2 Egg yolk, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c Chicken stock

Instructions for Passover White Sauce

Heat the oil, then fry the garlic and remove, if using. Mix potato flour with stock and season to taste. Blend in yolks and add to pan. Cook very gently until thickens, stirring constantly.
