Beat egg whites until stiff, add COLD water and beat again. Add sugar VERY gradually while still beating. Slow beater and add vinegar, vanilla and corn starch. Place on a greased paper an a greased cookie sheet. Form into a roundish shape. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, then turn oven OFF, but leave Pavlova in the oven to cool with the oven.
