- 3 Peaches
- 4 Plums; halved and pitted
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c Water
Preparation
Peel peaches and slice into covered sauce-pan. Add plums, sugar, water, and Lemon rind; bring to a boil. Drop dumpling batter by teaspoonfuls onto boiling fruit. cover and boil gently for 25 minutes.
