Zucchini Bread Ingredients

Egg substitute or egg (unpeeled packed -- 2 to 3
Replacer to equal 3 eggs Medium)
2 c Sugar 3 c Flour
1/2 c Homemade Wonderslim (or 1/4 ts Baking powder
Prune baby food) 2 ts Baking soda
1/2 c Natural applesauce 1 ts Salt
3 ts Vanilla 3 ts Cinnamon
2 c Grated raw zucchini 1/2 -3/4 c. chopped nuts

Instructions for Zucchini Bread

Beat egg substitute until light and fluffy. Add sugar, Wonderslim, applesauce, and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in zucchini. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Fold in chopped nuts.
