Zucchini Bread Ingredients

1/2 c Homemade Wonderslim (or
1/4 ts
Baking powder
Prune
baby food)
2 ts
Baking soda
1/2 c Natural
apple
sauce
1 ts
Salt
3 ts
Vanilla
3 ts
Cinnamon
2 c Grated raw
zucchini
1/2 -3/4 c. chopped nuts
Instructions for Zucchini Bread
Beat egg substitute until light and fluffy. Add sugar, Wonderslim, applesauce, and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in zucchini. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Fold in chopped nuts. Pour into two lightly sprayed loaf pans (9x5"). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. From: BETTE IDE
