Peach Melba Ingredients

1/2 c Part-skim ricotta cheese;	1/2 c Sliced peaches;(canned)
2 ts Sweetneer(equiv);	1 md Ripe peach; peel+slice
1 ts Vanilla	2 ts Reduced cal raspberryjam;

Instructions for Peach Melba
