Peach Salsa Ingredients

2 c Peeled; diced ripe peaches	1/2 ts Finely minced Jalapeno or
1/2 c Diced red onion	2 ts Olive oil
1/2 c Diced red bell pepper	2 tb Lime juice
1/2 c Minced fresh mint	2 tb Grated fresh ginger

Instructions for Peach Salsa
