Whipped Butternut Squash (Microwave) Ingredients

OR 1 tablespoon olive oil Carbohydrate (4 grams
1/4 c Skim milk Fiber), 5g fat
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese (2g saturated fat), 5mg

Instructions for Whipped Butternut Squash (Microwave)
