Venison Steaks with Quince Sauce Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Venison steak (1/2" thick) 1 tb Chopped chives
3 tb Butter 1 tb Quince or currant jelly
1/2 c Dry red wine 1/8 ts Nutmeg
1 tb Chopped parsley Salt and pepper

Instructions for Venison Steaks with Quince Sauce
