Warm Garlic Dipping Sauce Ingredients
4 tb Unsalted
butter
1 c
Olive oil
10
Garlic
cloves; finely
2 tb Sherry
vinegar
10
Anchovy
fillets; well
3 tb Chopped fresh
parsley
Instructions for Warm Garlic Dipping Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and saute until soft but not brown. Stir in the anchovies, olive oil, vinegar, and parsley and heat through. Keep warm. This recipe yields ?? cups of dipping sauce.
