Wedding Cookies Ingredients

Butter
2 c
Flour
1/4 c
Honey
1 c Finely chopped
pecan
s
2 ts
Vanilla
1 c
Powdered sugar
1/2 ts
Salt
Instructions for Wedding Cookies
Beat butter until softened. Add honey, vanilla and salt and blend well. Mix in flour and pecans. Shape dough into one-inch balls. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. While still hot, roll in powdered sugar. Cool. Roll in powdered sugar again. Yield: 3 dozen.
