Welsh Rarebit Ingredients
60 g Lancashire cheese;

Red pepper
and watercress

yolk
2 sl Bread
Splash
white wine
Instructions for Welsh Rarebit
1 Place the cheese, wine and sauce in a pan to heat. When the cheese has melted, remove from the heat and add the egg yolk. 2 Cut two circles from the bread using a large plain cutter. Lay in an ovenproof dish and pour over the sauce. Place under a hot grill until golden. Converted by MC_Buster.
