Tucks Grilled Tuna with Tomato Basil Sauce Ingredients

1 lb Tuna steak	1/4 c Basil; torn into pieces
Salt	(do not chop with a knife)
Pepper	1 ts Salt
Olive oil	1 ts Pepper
=== FOR TOMATO BASIL SAUCE	3 tb Balsamic vinegar
3 Roma tomatoes; chopped

Instructions for Tucks Grilled Tuna with Tomato Basil Sauce

Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Spray or apply a light layer of olive oil on fish. Salt and pepper to taste. Place tuna on grill for five minutes. Flip tuna and grill for another five minutes or until firm. Remove from grill and top with Tomato Basil Sauce before serving. Serves 2.
