Preparation

1. Chop the shallots and the capers, and mix together with the mayonnaise and saffron. Season with salt and black pepper. 2. Grill the tuna, season with salt and pepper and fresh lime. 3. Mix the mayonnaise dressing and the salad together. 4. Arrange on a plate with tuna and the remainder of the ingredients. 5. Season to taste. Converted by MC_Buster.
