Turkey And Apricot Bake Ingredients

1 454 gram pac turkey 150 g Ready-to-eat dried apricots;
25 g Plain flour; (1oz) 300 ml Semi-skimmed milk; (1/2
Freshly ground black pepper 125 g Half-fat matured cheese;
3 tb Olive oil with a hint of 40 g Fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs;
1 bn Salad onions; chopped 2 tb Freshly chopped parsley

Instructions for Turkey And Apricot Bake

1. Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5. 2. Coat the turkey strips in seasoned flour. 3. Heat the oil in a saucepan, preferably non-stick, and cook the turkey for 2-3 minutes, stirring continually, until sealed. 4. Stir in the onions and apricots, then add the milk. 5. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring until thickened and smooth, then stir in 75g (3oz) of cheese and transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish. 6. Mix together the breadcrumbs, parsley and remaining cheese and sprinkle over the top. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. For an extra crispy topping, place under a preheated hot grill for 1-2 minutes. 8. Serve immediately with mangetout and baby carrots. Converted by MC_Buster. NOTES : Ideal as a family meal.
