Turkey Steaks with Redcurrant And Juniper Berry Glaze Ingredients

125 g Redcurrant jelly; (4oz) 4 Boneless; skinless turkey
1 tb Juniper berries; crushed ; steaks
1 Clove garlic; crushed TO SERVE
Grated zest of 1 lime Watercress; lime wedges
Salt and freshly ground

Instructions for Turkey Steaks with Redcurrant And Juniper Berry Glaze

1. Mix together the redcurrant jelly, juniper berries, garlic, lime zest and seasoning. 2. Brush the turkey steaks with the glaze and cook under a preheated moderate grill following pack instructions. 3. Place on a warmed serving plate and garnish with the watercress and lime wedges.
