Turtle Sundae Ingredients

1 Handful pecan halves 100 ml Milk
1 ts Caster sugar 100 g Dark chocolate
1/2 ts Fine sea salt 100 ml Double cream
2 tb Brown sugar 1 tb Maple syrup
2 tb Butter 6 Scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions for Turtle Sundae

Preheat the oven to 180C. Toss pecans in salt and sugar and bake on a tray for 10 minutes. Caramelise the brown sugar, and add the butter and a little water. Place the chocolate, milk, cream and maple syrup in a double boiler, heat and leave to come together.
