Udang Lemak (Prawns in Rich Coconut Sauce) Ingredients

18 Raw prawns; peeled and 1 ts Sugar; (in the fish sauce)
2 tb Coconut powder 1 Beef tomato; sliced
1 tb Chilli sauce 1 31 grams sli onion
2 ts Fish sauce

Instructions for Udang Lemak (Prawns in Rich Coconut Sauce)

In a very hot wok heat one tablespoon of oil and add the onion and tomato, stir for a few minutes and add the prawns, cook them until they turn red.
