Tomato And Balsamic Vinaigrette Ingredients

4 lg Ripe tomatoes; see * Note Splash Olive oil; optional -
1/2 c Minced onion Salt; to taste
1 tb Basil chiffonade Freshly-ground black pepper;
3 oz Twelve-year-old balsamic

Instructions for Tomato And Balsamic Vinaigrette

* Note: The tomatoes may be charred on the grilled for a different flavor if desired. Seed and mince the tomatoes, add the onions, basil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and freshly-ground pepper. Serve over grilled fish. This recipe yields ?? cups of vinaigrette.
