Tomato Basil Pasta Pomadoro Style Ingredients

1/4 c Fresh

Penne rigate;

Chicken broth
1/4 c
Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c
Parmesan
cheese; grated
2 1/2 c
Tomato

Salt and
pepper
to taste
Instructions for Tomato Basil Pasta Pomadoro Style
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet. Add tomatoes, basil and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and saut??for four minutes. Add chicken broth to pot and simmer for two minutes. Mix hot pasta with sauce in skillet and mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
