Ingredients
- 4 oz Dry white wine
- 1/2 ts Minced garlic
- Juice from; (1) lemon
- 3 tb Gruyere & emmenthaler Swiss
- Touch of nutmeg
- Generous grating of black
- 1/4 oz Kirschwasser
Preparation
Pour wine in fondue pot (or double boiler) and heat until it steams. Next, add garlic, lemon juice, cheeses, nutmeg, fresh pepper and kirschwasser. Stir with fork until wellblended.
