Trolley Bar Cole Slaw Ingredients
1 pk (16 oz) of prepared slaw *
1 tb
Lemon
juice
ADD THE FOLLOWING
1 tb
Dijon mustard
1/3 c White
sugar
1 1/2 ts Ground
celery
seed
1/2
Granny Smith
apple; peeled
1 ts
Chicken
seasoning
1 Stalk
celery
; deveined and
1/2 ts
White pepper
1 tb Grated sweet
onion
1/2 ts Accent
1 tb
Tarragon
Vinegar
1/4 ts
Salt
Instructions for Trolley Bar Cole Slaw
* diced medium fine (Dole brand is good) - or one medium head of cabbage diced the same. Add carrot if desired. Dice the packaged slaw before adding anything. Then, combine with wet and dry ingredients. Chill and serve. Posted to bbq-digest by Kit Anderson
