  • 1 ts Finely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 ts Cayenne; (optional paprika +
  • 1 12-ounce lager beer; (cold)
  • Veg oil for deep frying;
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 1/4 c Flour

Preparation

FANTASTIC ! I made a slight change--left out black pepper, dried shrimp with paper towels, then lightly coated with plain flour before dipping in batter. Try them with coconut and Pina Colada sauce. (after dipping in batter, dredge with coconut)
