Tequila Lime Relish Ingredients

2 Limes; peeled and cut into	2 tb Hot pepper jelly
; sections	2 tb White wine
2 oz Tequila; preferably Cuervo	1 tb Sherry or Champagne vinegar
; Gold	1 tb Fresh cilantro; chopped
1 sm White onion; diced	1 ts Toasted cumin seeds

Instructions for Tequila Lime Relish
