Teriyaki Halibut Ingredients

1/2 c Seasoned bread crumbs 1 tb Honey
4 Halibut filets 1/2 ts Arrowroot
1 tb Olive oil 1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 c Pineapple juice 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
3 ts Teriyaki sauce

Instructions for Teriyaki Halibut

Directions: Coat the halibut in the bread crumbs, shaking off excess crumbs. In a large skillet heat the olive oil until hot. Saut? the halibut until golden, about 4 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, honey, arrowroot, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the sauce to the pan and cover.
