Texas Caviar Ingredients

2 cn Black beans; (16oz) 1 Jicama peeled and diced
1 cn Corn; (16oz) 1 bn Cilantro finely chopped
1 cn Garbanzo beans; (16oz) 1 Jar your favorite salsa;
Approx 8 medium tomatoes 4 Fresh limes; juice of (4 to
1 md Green pepper diced 2 Cloves pressed garlic; (2 to
1 Red or white onion diced; 3 Diced avocados
2 cn Diced green chiles; (4oz)

Instructions for Texas Caviar

1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate several hours then serve with chips at room temperature. Note: You may add or delete any of the ingredients. This is a fun recipe to experiment with.
