Suggest a better description1. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, apples, raisins and almonds. 2. Spoon into a shallow 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish. 3. In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, oats and lemon peel; sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. 4. Bake uncovered at 350 deg for 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
