Instructions for Sweet Potato Casserole
Preheat over to 400F. In an 8 or 9 inch square baking dish, coated with vegetable cooking spray, place potatoes and apples. Sprinkle first with cinnamon, then with sugar; toss lightly. Add bay leaf, orange juice and margarine. Cover dish with foil. Bake about 60 minutes or until potatoes and apples are fork-tender. Remove bay leaf before serving.
