Swordfish And Sauce Ingredients
2 lb Sword fish
steak

56 oz Plum
tomato
es, pureed
2 Stalks
celery
with leaves,

Onion
, chopped
2 tb
Caper

1 lb Linguine, cooked
al dente
Instructions for Swordfish And Sauce
Saute celery, onion, and capers until soft. Add pureed tomatoes. Cook for 30 minutes. Add sword fish and simmer slowly for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Remove fish to serving platter.
