Szechwan Asparagus with Tofu Ingredients

2 lb Young asparagus; trimmed and 8 oz Tofu
2 ts Olive oil Chopped peanuts; sesame
1 ts Minced garlic ; teriyaki for
1 ts Soy sauce ; garnish
1 c Chopped scallions

Instructions for Szechwan Asparagus with Tofu

Directions: Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and tofu. Toss in wok until tofu becomes slightly golden. Add the asparagus and allow to cook briefly. Quickly add the soy sauce, chopped scallions. Stir fry until asparagus is bright green, but not wilted. Garnish with the chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, and teriyaki. Converted by MC_Buster.
