Taboule Ingredients

1/2 lb Cracked bulgar wheat 8 tb Olive oil
2 lg Ripe tomatoes; chopped 1 Orange; juice of
1 lg Hand fresh coriander; 1 Grapefruit; juice of
1 lg Hand fresh parsley; chopped 1 1/2 Lemon; juice of
1 lg Onion; chopped 3 oz Raisins; cup of water
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions for Taboule

1 Soak the cracked wheat in water for 15 minutes. In another bowl, soak the remaining ingredients for 15 minutes. Mix the two bowls together and leave to rest overnight before serving. Converted by MC_Buster. Recipe by: Food & Drink Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
