Suggest a better descriptionPlace steak flat, layer strips of bacon over top. Combine remaining ingredients except hard-boiled eggs and tomato sauce. Sprread stuffing mixture over bacon. Place hard-boiled egg slices down center. Roll tightly and secure with string. Brown well on all sides. POur tomato sauce over meat. Cook slowly for 1 hour. Serve sliced with pasta.
